Pricing questions
What’s the minimum rental?+
One 8-hour shift at $899. We can also do half-day (4 hours) for $549 — contact us.
Is there a deposit?+
50% deposit due 48 hours before the rental start. Balance due on the day of delivery.
What if I need to cancel?+
Full refund up to 72 hours before. 50% refund between 72 and 24 hours. No refund inside 24 hours (but we’ll happily reschedule).
Are there any other fees?+
No. Delivery, setup, the remote operator, insurance, and teardown are all included. The only add-ons are the optional items listed above.
Do you serve areas outside KC?+
Currently Kansas City metro only. We’re expanding to other metros in 2026 — join the waitlist.
