Book your dates.

Pick a day, weekend, week, or month on our calendar. We confirm availability within an hour and lock in your slot. No deposit until 48 hours before the rental starts.

Step 02

We deliver & set up.

Our team arrives 2 hours before your opening. We walk your floor plan, configure the robot for your space and use case, do a safety check, and run you through the basics. Then we get out of your way.

Step 03

The robot operates.

The G1 operates autonomously or via our remote operators. It greets customers, holds your sign, runs demos, and manages queues. We monitor the session live and can intervene or adjust behavior in real time.

Step 04

We handle the rest.

Charging, software, insurance, incident response, transport, and takedown. If something goes wrong during the session, we have a replacement unit in the van. You just run your business.

FAQ

The things people ask first.

Is it actually safe around customers?+
Yes. The G1 has redundant force sensors, a hard e-stop, and a padded outer shell. We run a pre-flight safety check and the robot operates inside a virtual geofence — it physically cannot leave the area we configure.
What about insurance and liability?+
Every rental includes $2M general liability through our policy. We are the named operator. Your business is added as an additional insured at no extra cost — no paperwork on your end.
Do I need any permits?+
For private-property indoor use: no. For sidewalk or public-event deployment in Kansas City: yes — we handle the KCMO public-space permit on your behalf, included in the rental.
How loud is it?+
Standing still: silent. Walking: about as loud as a person in dress shoes on a hard floor. Quieter than the espresso machine you already have.
What if it breaks mid-rental?+
We keep a backup unit in the van. If the primary unit goes down, you get a swap within 60 minutes during business hours and a prorated credit for any downtime.
Can I customize what it says and does?+
Yes — we configure greeting scripts, FAQ responses, and motion routines before the rental. For longer-term rentals we can do custom workflow programming.
